Mechanical • Electrical • Maintenance
Keeping critical systems running. From installation to maintenance.
Integrated mechanical and electrical services for complex sites—delivered safely, efficiently and around your operation.
What we do
Four disciplines, one contractor, one point of contact.
184 directly employed engineers across three depots, on 610 sites under contract. We install it, we maintain it, and when it stops at four in the morning the number you ring is ours.
Splitting mechanical from electrical across two contractors is how a plant replacement becomes an argument about whose isolation it was. We would rather own both and have nobody to blame.
Mechanical Systems
Heating, cooling, ventilation and process pipework, from a single plant replacement to a full building services fit-out.
Electrical Works
LV distribution, containment, power and lighting, controls and the testing that proves any of it is safe to energise.
Planned Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance built from the asset list rather than from a template, with the work priced per visit and the condition reported after each one.
24/7 Response
One number, answered by a Halden controller, with an engineer on site inside four hours on critical contracts.
A rooftop chiller deck at handover. Most of what we install is replacing something that could not be switched off.
Sectors
Six, and the paperwork is different in every one.
A permit regime, a change process and an audit standard are not a detail on top of the engineering — on a live site they are most of the programme. These are the six where we already know yours.

- Healthcare74 sites

Something has stopped and it is 03:40.
One number, answered by a Halden controller who can see your asset register and your access arrangements before the call ends. Triage inside 30 minutes, an engineer on site inside 4 hours on critical contracts.
Recent work
Six CRAC units replaced in a live data hall
Six close-control units at end of life in a hall with no spare cooling capacity and a contractual commitment that temperature would not move outside band at any point.
